Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Forensic Delay Analyst / Senior Planning Engineer who can independently handle Extension of Time (EOT) claims, conduct forensic delay analysis, and prepare professional claim submissions for major construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage EOT claims and supporting documents
• Develop, update, and review project schedules in Primavera P6
• Conduct critical path reviews, delay identification, and concurrency checks
• Prepare clear claim narratives, technical reports, and presentations
• Review project records: schedules, correspondence, reports, minutes, site records
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• 8–10 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling, Delay Analysis and EOT & Construction Claims
• Strong hands on experience in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of project sequencing, programme logic, and CPM
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing EOT claims
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of standard forms of contracts such as: FIDIC, NEC and Bespoke Contracts
