Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Contract Specialist with expertise in quantum claims, EOT‑related cost claims, variation claims, and contractual interpretation for large construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing commercial and contractual claims, including prolongation, disruption, variation‑related costs, and other contractual entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply relevant contractual provisions.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and commercial correspondence.
• Prepare detailed claim narratives, commercial analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Draft contractual notices, submissions, and rebuttals.
• Work with planning teams for integrated and accurate claim preparation.
• Independently quantify prolongation, disruption, idle resources, and related claims.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience on large international projects, especially in the Middle East.
• Exposure to dispute resolution processes such as mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and expert review.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, CIArb, or equivalent claims/commercial certifcations.
